What to include
Name the manufacturer, complete model number and document revision when your note concerns equipment. For a calculator, include the inputs you entered and the result you expected. Clear details let us reproduce the issue without asking you to disclose an address, account number or other private information.
How corrections are handled
We compare the report with a current manual or another authoritative source, update the affected passage when warranted and review nearby pages for the same fact. Retail listings alone may not settle a specification dispute because sellers sometimes combine variants or retain outdated copy.
What we cannot do
We cannot diagnose a live appliance, approve an installation, interpret local code for a specific property or replace a licensed gas, electrical, HVAC or pool professional.
